Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
At Pretty Pins, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $5. We ship your order within 2-3 business days through our trusted courier partners. We take utmost care while packaging the products so that they reach you in the best condition. In case you have any queries or concerns regarding shipping, feel free to reach out to our customer service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Pretty Pins. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at miki.ngai@yahoo.com with details of the product and the defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
